Menopause is a transitional time in a woman's life and achieving hormonal, emotional, and physical balance can be challenging. My approach to menopause involves a comprehensive analysis of hormones and digestive function (hormones are processed in the liver and can be recycled in the gut) paired with lifestyle interventions of specific food plans designed to help with hormonal balance. I have extensive training in bioidentical hormone prescription and management, however, offer many non-hormonal solutions as well.
